Hi Robin,

I'm well -- thank you for asking, and hope you are too. I've been busy promoting the book. I was on the Today Show, taking about healthy foods for aging. And, have been doing a lot of radio interviews. It's been chilly here in NYC, so I hope it warms up and starts behaving like summer!

Hi Robin,
I know what you mean about having to get on and off gather! If it's not my health, it's because of my family. I don't handle stress very well at all. It physically makes me ill! I'm really trying to stay as positive sa possible! I hope that you feel better soon!
